When having problems with the IRS, taxpayers need to be reminded that they have rights too. CPA Temecula would like to inform you that IRS employees are trained to service tax payers without discrimination of race, color, age, gender, disability, nationality, or color.
There is also a Taxpayer Advocate Service which is independent of the IRS who can help you when the IRS is not able to correct your problem after you have gone through the proper channels. Your CPA will walk you through the process and be your representative working with the IRS or Advocate to ensure your tax related problems are solved efficiently.
