I Have a Lower Payment
When I looked at the mortgage site, I could not believe how affordable some of the rates actually were. I do not think that I am going to have a hard time affording a new home. My brother bought his home five years ago for the same amount of money that I will be borrowing. However, because the interest rates have dropped, I will be paying a much lower monthly payment than my brother. I think that it is time for him to refinance.
